In-Store Pickup 

Our online prices include a handling fee for certain items. These handling fees including box costs, packing costs, labor, etc.  We would love for any of our online customers within the CSRA to order online for in-store pickup.  Come on down to America's Factory Outlet at 1809 Gordon Highway, Augusta, Georgia, 30904 and see us.

Shipping

 Once we receive the order we will ship the order within one to two business days and you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping information. 

We ship to all 48 lower states within the United States.

Returns

For any issues with the product you received or any shipping issues you can email us at [email protected].  We will respond within 1-2 business days.  All returns should be emailed to [email protected] as well so we can process your return appropriately.
