Here at America's Factory Outlet most of our products are remanufactured or refurbished right here in the United States.  That being said some of our products may come with minor cosmetic damages (i.e. small scratches, dents, etc.).  However, we guarantee that the structural and mechanical integrity of the product is still in tact.  

Every product here at America's Factory Outlet has been hand tested upon receiving to ensure that the product is in perfect, like new, working condition.

Any products that have anything more than minor cosmetic damages will have the damages listed on the product page, we ask that you email us at [email protected] for specific images of each individual unit if that information is concerning.  We will respond within one business day.
